Our Job Lead Referral Program offers cash referral commissions for job leads you refer to us that we are successful in filling. Leading Edge Consulting, Inc. has established enduring relationships with our clients and our candidates for over 20 years. Our success in advancing the careers of our candidates has been greatly enhanced by the referral information gleaned through the network of Information Technology professionals with whom we have worked. You have helped us build our business and we wish to reward you for your effort by offering a bonus when you refer job leads. Most importantly, you have the satisfaction of knowing that you have played a significant role in helping another Information Technology professional advance their career or land a job or contract.
How The Job Lead Referral Program Works
Perhaps you have interviewed for a job or are aware of a job opportunity through networking. Simply pass the information on to us by filling out the form below. If we are successful in filling that position, you will earn $1,000.00, paid to you after the new employee starts the job and satisfies the guarantee period. The referral bonus will be paid for the specific job lead taken from the information you provide in the form you submit. If we fill that job, submitted on the form, you will receive your bonus. Bonuses are paid after the new employee has satisfied their guarantee period of 90 days. Bonuses for contract positions are paid only for contracts that last 180 days or more.

All information received will be held in a confidential database and will not be disseminated to anyone outside of Leading Edge Consulting, Inc. We care about your privacy. The recruiter or a member of the recruitment staff will contact you to validate your participation in the program.
